Oyo Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Oyo Rooms has an easy and fast cancellation policy. Users can simply cancel their bookings using the website or mobile app, or drop a line at [email protected]. Refunds will be credited back within 14 working days

For bookings up to 3 rooms, the cancellation can happen in either of the cases - If you cancel your reservation in less than 24 hours before the check-in time, you will be charged one night's booking amount. If you cancel your booking before 24 hours of the check-in time, you will get full refunds and free cancellations. If you cancel your booking on the date of check-in, cancellation fee will be charged either for the first two nights or in complete whichever is lower. For mid-stay cancellations made before 2 PM, you will be charged for one night, else you will get a refund after deducting charges for two nights. The amount for the remaining nights will be refunded

For bookings of 4 rooms or more, you have to pay at least 25% of the booking amount as an advance amount. Cancellations will be charged as per the following scheme - If you cancel your bookings before 30 days of the check-in date, half of your advanced booking will be kept as cancellation charges. If you cancel your bookings before or in less than 15 days of the check-in date, 100% of the advance amount will be kept as cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking or do not show up on the day of check-in, no refunds will be processed. For mid-stay cancellations, no refund would be paid for booking of 4 or more rooms
